Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Free Shipping Service
All orders qualify for free shipping, regardless of the quantity of items purchased.
All items in our store require 1 to 2 business days for processing (excluding holidays and weekends).
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam may experience significantly longer delivery times than estimated.
Where will my items ship from?
Most in-stock items from Lumoracc ship from the United States—our U.S. warehouse is located in California (CA).
As we also provide worldwide shipping services, we have established partnerships with top-tier global manufacturers and distributors to ensure that products meeting the highest quality standards reach you as quickly as possible. For pre-orders and international orders, the items you receive may ship from any of the aforementioned warehouse locations.
Since items may be stored in different warehouses, your order may sometimes be split into multiple packages that arrive at different times; aside from this, there will be no other impact on your order. Rest assured, we will provide you with a tracking number for each individual package so you can stay updated on its status.
Package Tracking
Once your order payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email confirming that your order has been dispatched from our distribution center. You can check the current status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order details. Please enter your tracking number on the designated page to look up your order details. During the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email, tracking information may not yet be updated or visible. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to access your order's tracking information, please contact us by sending an email to support@Lumoracc.com.
Why haven't I received my order yet?
A. Your order has not yet shipped. We recommend logging into your account to check the current status of your order. Navigation path: View Orders > My Orders. B. Your order is currently in transit and remains within the estimated delivery timeframe. Please wait patiently; in the vast majority of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated time window. If your order is overdue (i.e., has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe) and has not yet arrived, please feel free to contact us. C. Your order may have been returned for the following reasons: - The courier attempted delivery but was unable to locate you to obtain a signature. - The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete. - The package was rejected during the customs clearance process.
D. The item was lost in transit.
I have not received the items I ordered. Why does the tracking status show that the package has been signed for?
Possible reasons include:
A. The delivery address provided was incorrect.
B. The package was signed for by another person on your behalf.
C. The package has arrived at your local post office and is expected to be delivered within 1–2 business days.

Contactless Delivery Notice: Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the package when the courier attempts delivery; otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of the package...
The item I received is broken or damaged. What should I do?
If your item is damaged, please take photos and videos of the damage and send them to support@Lumoracc.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you within 48 hours. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the outer packaging box, protective casing, or other packing materials during transit. The proper handling of packages is the responsibility of the carrier, and this is beyond our control.
