US Return and Refund Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. When returning purchased items, please observe the following guidelines:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, with the exception of items purchased during the Christmas shopping season. Items purchased during the Christmas shopping season (November 15 through December 31) may be returned until January 30 of the following year.
Please ensure that the returned item is properly repackaged, remains in pristine condition, is placed in its original packaging box, and includes all documentation and accessories that accompanied the item upon receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyers must contact Lumoracc prior to returning any products.
How to Return a Product: To return an item to Lumoracc, please send an email to support@Lumoracc.com to register your return request. Please include your original order number in the email and ensure that the returned item is shipped within 7 days of registering your request. The manufacturer will ship a replacement item only after receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product, we will initiate the refund process. The specific method of refunding depends on your original payment method. For payments made via credit or debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to your issuing bank within five business days of our receipt of the returned item. If you have any questions regarding when the refund will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank directly.

Product Replacement Under Warranty: If an item ordered from Lumoracc.com is defective upon receipt, you may request a return by contacting support@Lumoracc.com. Upon receiving the returned digital photo frame and verifying through testing that the product is indeed defective, we will either repair the item or ship a replacement unit to you.

When replacing a defective product, please note the following important points:
Shipping costs incurred when returning a defective item to Lumoracc will be reimbursed in the form of a prepaid shipping voucher, which can be used to offset the shipping fees for your package. To receive a shipping refund, you must email us immediately after shipping the defective item and specify the exact shipping cost incurred. Please note: To qualify for a refund, you must return the item using a standard shipping service. We do not reimburse costs associated with premium shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

**Replacements for Items Outside the Warranty Period**

To resolve issues regarding items that are no longer under warranty, please contact us by emailing support@Lumoracc.com. In your email, please include your order number (if available), date of purchase, product model information, and/or the name of the person who placed the order, along with a detailed description of the specific issue you are experiencing. Please note that return shipping costs for such items are the responsibility of the customer.

**Three (3) Year Parts and Labor Warranty Policy**

All Lumoracc products come with a standard 3-year manufacturer's warranty covering issues caused by manufacturing defects. Your original receipt or order number serves as your proof of warranty coverage. During the first year of the warranty period, should warranty repairs be required, Lumoracc will cover the shipping costs for returning the device from the customer to Lumoracc. During the second and third years of the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the device to Lumoracc, while Lumoracc will cover the shipping costs to return the device to the customer. This warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Furthermore, malfunctions caused by the use of non-original external power supplies or batteries are not covered under this warranty. Each Lumoracc digital photo frame includes a certified AC power adapter within its packaging. Please do not use any other model of power adapter. If you require a replacement power adapter for your photo frame, please contact us via the Customer Service Center on this website.
