How do I set up my lumoracc frame?
Setting up your frame is a one-time thing.
1. Create your lumoracc account
You’ll need a lumoracc account to pair and manage your frame. You can create a lumoracc account on the lumoracc app (Get it for iOS / Get it for Android) or at https://app.lumoracc.com/. Use your preferred email address and create a unique password to create an account.
Note: This will be the account to be used whenever you want to add photos to your frame.
2. Plug in your frame
Your Nixplay Frame will automatically turn on once plugged in. Use the included remote control or tap the screen (for touch screen enabled frames) and follow the display instructions.
Connect your frame to the Wifi and add it to your account to start adding photos from anywhere and any device using your created account.
3. Pair Your Frame
Connect your frame to the Wifi first. Once connected, a 16-digit serial number will appear on the frame screen.
Log into your Nixplay account on the lumoracc app or at www.lumoracc.com. Select “Add a Frame” and enter the 16-digit serial number shown on the frame. Your Nixplay Frame should now be paired with your lumoracc account.

Start Displaying Your Photos
Mobile App
A. Creating a New Album:
1. Navigate to 'Albums' on the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap the '+' sign.
3. Select 'Standard Album' under Add Album.
4. Name your Album and proceed to the next step.
5. Choose the photo source (photo gallery etc) and select the photos to add (recommend up to 50 photos per batch).
6. Press the arrow icon inside the blue circle.
7. Ensure to assign the Album to the Frame and click 'Done.'
B. Adding to an Existing Album:
1. Go to 'Albums' on the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap the '+' sign.
3. Select the photo source.
4. Choose the photos to add.
5. Press the arrow icon inside the blue circle.
6. Select the existing Album to which you want to add the new photos.
7. Press 'Upload.'
C. Creating a Google Photos Connected Album:
1. Navigate to 'Albums' on the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap the '+' sign.
3. Select 'Google Connected album.'
4. Connect to Google Photos and sign in to your account.
5. Choose the Google Photos album you want to sync.
6. Name the album and proceed to the next step.
7. Assign the Album to the Frame and click 'Done.'
Understanding Album Types in Your Mobile App:
ALL: Overview of all Albums in your account.
STANDARD: Collections of photos, including Emailed Photos and Favorites, assignable to the frame.
CONNECTED: Albums that are connected to your social media (e.g., Dropbox, Google Photos), assignable to the frame.
SHARED: Collaborations of photos contributed by you and your friends.
EVENT: Currently under beta testing, redirects to the online shop.
LEGACY: Main copies/cloud collection of your photos, including those sent to your account (cannot be assigned to the frame).
Web App
1. Please log in to your account at https://app.lumoracc.com.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the homepage and select "Photos."
3. Then, click on "Playlist."
4. Choose the option to "Create a Playlist."
5. Select "Create a Standard Playlist."
6. Enter the desired Playlist Name and click "OK."
7. Next, click "Add photos" located on the top right of the screen.
8. Select the source of your photos.
9. Choose the photos you wish to add to the playlist.

Setting up a gift album for a gift frame。
You can set up a Gift Album either before or after purchasing a gift frame. The setup process for a Gift Album can only be completed through our mobile application (App).
Note: When setting up a Gift Album, our system will automatically generate a "lumoracc" account and link it to the email address you provide for the gift recipient.
**Process**
Log in to the mobile application and tap the "Frames" option in the bottom menu.
Tap the "+" button, then select "A frame as a gift."
**Step 1: Enter Recipient Information**
Enter the recipient's name, or the name you use to address them (e.g., Grandma).
Note: The recipient's name can only contain letters, numbers, and the special characters "-" and "_"; other special characters are not supported.
Enter the recipient's email address; this address will be used by the recipient to claim the gift content you have prepared in advance. Rest assured, the system will *not* send any emails to the recipient at this stage, ensuring the surprise remains a secret until the right moment!
Note: As long as the recipient has not yet claimed the gift content, you can change this email address at any time. Once the recipient has claimed the gift, you will no longer be able to change the address.
Set the time zone for the recipient's frame. You can modify this setting later, either directly on the frame device itself or through the mobile application.
Select who you are giving this gift to (i.e., who you are setting this gift up for); if applicable, you may also select the "Other" option.
Select the occasion or theme for this gift; if applicable, you may also select the "Other" option.
**Step 2: Add a Personal Message (Optional)**
In the message editor, you can compose a special note for the recipient and attach a photo or a video.
Note: For first-time users, tapping the "Add a photo or video" button will trigger a system prompt requesting permissions. Please select "Allow all access" to grant the Nixplay app permission to access and upload your photos and videos.
Once you have selected your photo or video, tap "Save and preview"; then, on the preview screen, tap "Next" to continue. Step 3: Add Photos and Videos (Optional)
Next, you can add a collection of photos or videos that will be displayed on the photo frame for the recipient to enjoy. Once you have selected your media files, click the "Add" button.
You have the option to add captions to your media files or edit them; if no edits are needed, you can simply click the arrow icon to proceed with the upload.
Step 4: Invite Others to Contribute (Optional)
Invite friends and family to add more well-wishes, photos, and videos. If you are not interested in doing this, you may click the "Skip" button.
Enter the recipient's email address, then click "Invite" to send the invitation. The invited person will receive an email allowing them to join the gift setup process (you may invite up to 10 people).
Note: Participants who do not yet have a Lumoracc account must register for an account before they can accept the invitation and share photos.
Once you have finished sending invitations, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen to continue.
Click "Finish" to complete the entire setup process.
Congratulations!
You have successfully set up the gift album for your photo frame.
You will automatically receive an email containing a combination of a "Gift Code" and an "Email Address." The recipient will need this information when setting up their photo frame. Once the recipient turns on the frame and connects it to a Wi-Fi network, a prompt will appear on the screen guiding them to enter this information.
You can set a reminder within the app to forward this information to the recipient on a specific date in the future; alternatively, if you wish to share it immediately, you can click "Share Now." Of course, choosing to share it immediately might spoil some of the surprise!
